We use Roblox's official presence API for status tracking. However, this API has known limitations and can inaccurately report an account as 'Offline'. The statuses displayed is a direct reflection of the data received from Roblox's API.
Standard users can track up to 3 Roblox accounts simultaneously. If you need to track more accounts, you can submit an upgrade request through the "Submit Request" feature. Administrators have unlimited tracking capabilities.
When using the bulk import feature, please provide one Roblox username per line. If you paste data like Username:SomeOtherData, the system will automatically extract just the Username part before the first colon.
Detailed presence history for each tracked account is stored for a maximum of 6 months. Older data is automatically removed.
Groups allow you to organize the accounts you are tracking. You can assign accounts to groups when adding them or via bulk import, and manage them on the dashboard. This helps keep track of different sets of accounts easily.
